Motorhome Pick-up & Rental Information

Client / driver requirements

• Renter (main driver) must be at least 21 years of age and in possession of valid identification (drivers licence & passport).
• Additional drivers must be present at pick up of the vehicle and sign the rental agreement. They must also be over 21 and have all the necessary documentation and be listed on the rental agreement. There is no charge for additional drivers.
• A major credit card (we cannot accept atm/debit card) with available credit is required for the security deposit (USD $1000.00). The credit card must be issued to the signer or co-signer of the contract.

Transfers (where available)

• Transfers are available at $15 per person between a selection of hotels at the following cities:
  New York, Orlando, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Bellingham.
  Transfers free of charge from 1st April 2012
• Transfers are not provided at:
  Miami, Albuquerque, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC.
• Transfers between Bellingham and selected hotels in Vancouver are available for a charge per person in each direction. Please contact us for the current cost. (USA / Canada border tax not included, current cost USD $6.00)
